This Privacy Policy explains how Suviano Law, P.C. ("the Firm", "we") handles personal information collected through suvianolaw.com. We collect only two categories of information:我们只收集两类信息：

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, to run the conflict-of-interest check that professional rules require before we can accept a matter, and to keep a record of the enquiry as our professional obligations require. 4. Where your information is stored四、信息的存储地点
Contact form submissions are stored on a server operated by the Firm and located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Email correspondence is handled through a third-party business email provider. This website sets no cookies. It stores a single value in your browser's local storage to remember whether you are reading the English or Chinese version. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for the period necessary to maintain a reliable conflicts record, and are then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short operational period.
